PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please be sure to complete all the fields when ordering. Orders with incomplete or false data will not be processed. Moluccan Islands always keeps personal information private and for process and delivery purposes only. Moluccan Islands does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

 

PAYMENT
We accept payments via iDeal money transfer (Netherlands only) and Paypal (international).

ORDER PROCESS
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. To cancel or edit an order, please reply to the confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide:

  • Free shipping on all orders above €75,- (Only in The Netherlands)
  • The Netherlands mailbox delivery €3,95
  • The Netherlands package delivery €5,95
  • Europe €20,-
  • The rest of the world €25,-

       

      DELIVERY TIME
      Orders should arrive within 2-7 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Moluccan Islands is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. Moluccan Islands has no control over this. By placing an order, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

       

      IMPORT TAX
      When ordering goods from Moluccan Islands for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Moluccan Islands is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Moluccan Islands cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

       

      AVAILABILITY
      We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is
      always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are not available in desired sizing and/or sold out. Moluccan Islands will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.

       

      REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
      We refund or exchange only within 10 days from the date shipment is received. All items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached, in their original packaging. All items must be shipped in an appropriate mailing box or package with Track & Trace service. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. All SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded only exchanged for items we have in stock.
       

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
      Please note that items ordered from Moluccanislands.com are sold and shipped from The Netherlands. For all deliveries outside of The Netherlands, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.
      For international exchanges we’re sorry we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Payment to cover shipping costs must be made prior to completing the exchange. Duties and Tariffs will not have to be paid for most international exchanges.
